    • Approval for this FUNraiser is solely at the discretion of the Corvette Diner. No flyers may be distributed on or around the premises of the Corvette Diner. In addition participant agrees not to solicit non-school affiliates customers on the premises during the event. In the event participant does not have the approved flyer, the decision of the Corvette Manager shall be the final as to whether to include the sale in the event. The FUNrasier may be terminated and/or cancelled at anytime with 14 days written notice by either party. No guarantees or warranties of any kind are made by either party as to the success of the FUNrasier.
